What are the most expensive suburbs and post codes in Sydney? This video discusses some of the most expensive suburbs for which there is adequate sales data. These include
* Bellevue Hill
* Vaucluse
* Double Bay
* Mosman
* Rose Bay
The data is up to 2019 and is from realestate dot com dot au. Necessarily, there is not much data on some suburbs that might otherwise top this list. This includes Point Piper, Lavender Bay, Kirribilli, etc.
Price growth rates that I discuss are CAGRs to be clear, representing per-year growth.
