First time I've been able to record a firmware upgrade in action with a similar camera. I went to Fujifilm site for X-S20 Upgrade Firmware and downloaded to computer then transferred to my SD card currently in use. Once card replaced in camera I went to Firmware Upgrade and what you see in video is what happened next.
Camera working well after birth but a Vlog style video will test auto-focus which was very sensitive.

UPDATE: please see 'vlog style video' called Five Favourite Foreign Films. I would say the auto-focus is a touch smoother. Video in Vlog Setting X-S20 with new 3.1 Firmware.
