This video is about denying Non-Judicial Punishment (NJP) under Article 15, of the UCMJ.
If a service member denies NJP, there are a few course sof action (COA) the commanding officer may take. This video explains those likely COAs.
As long as the service member is not embarked on a ship, he/she can refuse NJP / Article 15, UCMJ. The commanding office then must decide what to do, now that the service member has denied NJP.
The CO will typically give the service member a formal written counseling OR send the case to special court martial. If the service member already has formal written counselings in his/her record, the CO may decide to give him/her a formal written counseling and then send the service member to administrative separation (AdSep).
