This room is over 4mtrs in depth and because we are building to the 2.5 limit we need to strengthen up the roof as the 5x2 won't cut it on a commercial build.
We have used 100mm x 10mm flat plate and sandwiched it between two 5x2's which have created a solid timber that will span the distance.
