Just a few days after the killing of 13 villagers in Mon District of Nagaland, the Quint travels to Oting village. The ones who died in the botched-up Army operation belonged to Oting. Just before Christmas the village is in shock and grief. There is a deep distrust for the Indian Army, and they want to know the names of the soldiers responsible for this killing.
