After staying in Jakarta, we headed to Malang. The city where my husbands family lives.
Malang is a beautiful city and a great place to find delicious food. I loved that practically everything is halal.
As a foreigner I loved trying all of the different foods. I will say though that after a month and a half I missed my own food simply because it is what I am used to. No one tells you that about traveling. I now have a new found understanding of my husband and his food preferences.
I have so much more to share with you about Indonesia.
