Witness state a man from PHILLY walked into the Wilmington PD headquarters located at 300 N Walnut, asking for help about something that occurred in Philly. An officer tells him he has to go to Philly to handle it, but the suspect said he isn’t leaving until they help him. Thats when the situation escalated. The officer tries to calm the man who then swings at the officer before running out the door with several officers chasing him.
He was quickly captured in the parking lot across the street and taken into custody. NO INJURIES REPORTED
