In this video I used the Cuisinart Elemental Food Processor to knead bread dough.

I usually use a KitchenAid Professional Plus stand mixer to make bread, and use the Elemental food processor for pastry dough. Both with great success.

The dough blade sitting in the accessory bin piqued my interest. I used it to make tortillas. Everything went well so I jumped into the Classic White Bread recipe in the manual.

For this recipe you will need:

2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
2 tsp granulated sugar
1/3 cup warm water (105⁰- 110⁰F)
4 cups all purpose flour
3 tsp unsalted butter cut into 1 in. pieces
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cold water
