Running the old XE up the revs a bit after a good warm up, first startup since the front end strip/refurb and engine swap project completion.
Was really just to get the coolant circulating and check all the pipework and oil system for leaks, also checked engine running temps and timing etc, tho in honesty this was just an excuse to create some old school Throttle Bodied noise and annoy the neighbours.
The engine is running an original early 2000s SBD TP 208 kit and new 2022 MBE 9A4 Ecu with SBD base map, and so far has a lightened Turbosport flywheel and Helix clutch with some head porting and polishing work and ARP bolts which I fitted, apart from that everything else is stock for now.
Now just need to balance the ITBs and fine tune the idle a bit.
