"We're seeing the fossil fuel industry on the march trying to overthrow a democracy and citizens who don't want them anymore. We want renewable energy and we want it now and we're willing to take to the streets for it. That's what we are doing here today. This is the fight for our future, if you don't stand now and leave your house now we are going to have chaos going forward. If we hit two degrees we will have 800 million climate refugees, we have 5-9 meters of sea level rise, we have increased drought, increased storms, increased problems with our food systems. So we have no choice but to fight climate change and the best way to do it is to get with your community... get with people you love that are calling to you. They're calling for us to come and gotta show up."
