South Africa's labour laws are set for amendments, with major changes
to dismissals and retrenchment expected.

Reacting to the amendments during a press briefing, Saftu general
secretary Zwelinzima Vavi has labelled the expected changes as abrazen
class warfare waged by the capitalist class and government doing its
bidding.
