John R. Daily built the company in Missoula and their product continues to go strong more than a 130 years later.
The secret ingredient is in their core values, and it starts with the people, doing the right thing, championing change to allow longevity and a winning attitude found in togetherness.
"For us the core values are more than just words on the wall," Daily's Plant Manager Justin Gaither said. "They are a slogan we hear other people say and people can recite them back but here we really try to live by them."
