For Crispy base
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Water
1/3 cup Whole Roasted Hazelnuts

For Mousse Cream
1 cup Whipping cream
1/2 cup Nutella

For Ganache
1/3 cup Cream
2 oz Milk Chocolate
