Biden admin Official said that Vladimir Putin “won't stop” war on Ukraine until 2024 US presidential election.
Does Vladimir Putin want Donald Trump to become next President of United States again?
Donald Trump, Republican front runner, has criticized Biden administration for sending money and weapons to Ukraine. He has also said nice things about the Putin in the past and stressed that he was friendly with him.
In case he wins back the White House, Mr. Trump has said that he will end Russia's invasion in 24 Hours, but he has not said how he will do this.
Since Russia's Military aggression began, the Biden has given over $60bn in aid to Ukraine, with a big chunk of that amount going over the $43bn budget for military aid.
More funding is being held up by the House of Representatives, which is controlled by Republicans. Democrats are furious about the new GOP attempts to link aid to Ukraine to a crackdown on immigration to the US.
Experts say that Putin seems happy to wear down Ukraine's resolve in the conflict rather than risk losing more troops in a full-on attack.

A top official from the US State Department after a meeting of NATO foreign ministers in Brussels, said everyone agreed that a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine was “not likely” to happen in the next year.
Senior NATO Official who spoke to Reuters on the condition of anonymity said, "I think Putin won't make a peace or a meaningful peace until he sees the results of our election."
He said it was a "widely shared premise" at the NATO meeting, not just his own opinion. But NATO meeting still showed their strong support for Ukraine publicly.
European leaders are tight lipped on if Donald Trump wins, it would change the way the West supports Ukraine or not.
Trump asked Congress to hold off on giving Ukraine any more money until the FBI, IRS, and Justice Department "hand over every scrap of evidence" about the Biden family's business dealings.
"We believe that the support will be there and will be sustained even if there are some dissident voices on the other side of the aisle," Jake Sullivan, the national security adviser for the White House, told reporters in August. "We do believe that there is still strong support across the aisle for our Ukraine policy and for helping and protecting Ukraine."
Polls show that Mr. Trump and Mr. Biden are very close in the race, a poll by Reuters and Ipsos in the middle of November gave Mr. Trump 51% of the vote and Mr. Biden 49%.
"Yes, I will need 24 minutes to tell President Trump that he can't handle this war if he can come here." "Because of Putin, he can't make peace," Mr. Zelensky said.
Zelensky recently asked President Trump to fly to Kyiv to see for himself how bad the war is. He did this while also asking for more help from Washington.
