HISTORY OF LIDO COCINA TSINA
It all began in 1936. Kalesas (two-wheeled horse-drawn carriage) clonked their way down the streets of Binondo at the heart of Manila's China Town, the oldest China town in the world.
Chef Lido, a modest man with an enterprising spirit and a talent for cooking, courageously put together a kitchen and a dining area for a small eatery, known as Panciteria Lido!
From a modest panciteria in Binondo, to one of the most recognizable and best-run Chinese food brand in Metro Manila, Panciteria Lido is now known as Lido Cocina Tsina.
