🍰 Ingredients:
Cinnamon powder 2 teaspoons
Melted Butter 50g (3 ½ tablespoons)
Plain flour 2 tablespoons
Dark brown sugar 75g (about 4 tablespoons)
For the cake:
4 Eggs (medium size)
Vegetable Oil 40ml (2 ¾ tablespoons)
Milk 40ml (2 ¾ tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Sugar 80g (6 ½ tablespoons)
Plain Flour 100g (⅔ cup)
Salt ¼ tsp
Measuring cup size - 240ml
Baking pan 20x20 cm
Bake in a preheated Oven at 160 (320f) for 10 minutes,
then another 10-13 minutes
