As part of my renovation I wanted to expose some of the previous old brick walls and I thought the chimney breast was a good starting point!
This video shows you how to expose the bricks, clean them up and grind out the old line mortar to be able to keep the bricks exposed as a feature brick wall.
The chimney will need re pointing and sealing but as I’m not a professional for this element the video shows only the first stages.
