Enjoying at room temperature with 1 drop of 💧. Very light champagne color, and the nose very sweet with honey, apples, sweet barley and sea breeze. The palate is also sweet with apples and grapes layered in smoky spices. It has a coastal feel with salt and cinnamon. The finish is long, warming with toffee, salt, malt and honey. A solid every day Scotch!
