I see this issue all the time and it causes lots of running issues. This is the easiest test to check if your 1uz-fe has one of the main wiring issues done correctly. Having poor cold idling - this is a common cause. Never been quite right - this could be a problem. Had a sparkie wire your car - check to see it it's been done right.
