To play only Team Deathmatch in Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3, you can follow these steps:

Go to Quick Play and select Filter.
Deselect all game modes.
Select only the Team Deathmatch mode.
Go back to Quick Play and select Play.
Select Start to find a match.

Otherwise there maybe a playlist that is in rotation you can choose from at some point.
