Dr. Scott Lacy PhD, Associate Professor of Anthropology, Fairfield University discusses the need to transcend performative diversity to achieve cognitive diversity.

According to Dr. Lacy we need is the dynamism of difference because when we lose the ability to think differently, or when we’re put into circumstances or in management practices that would make us think more similarly so that we can be more efficient and quick with whatever we’re doing – we’re weakening humanity.
