I only own cast iron pots and pans. That's all i cook with, 3 meals a day every day. People often make the same comments on social media when i post pictures cooking with cast iron. They either say "i can't cook with cast iron without burning the food" or "i can't cook with cast iron without the food sticking" Both of these conditions are caused by the same problem and is easily fixed. So in this video are my tips on how to cook anything in cast iron without burning the food or causing it to stick to the pan. Do this and your friends and family will be amazed at your cooking skills too! Plus, you can't really say you are country if you can't cook in cast iron :)
