Many celebrities have turned to Ballet as an excellent way to get fit and tone up. Even if you have never done Ballet before you will soon pick up the moves. As you gain confidence you will find your body responding to this gentle technique.
Regular classes will improve your posture, flexibility, muscle condition and definition.
The class begins with a gentle warm up followed by a series of Ballet exercises to strengthen and tone. Traveling floor sequences burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness and mat work at the end of the class will stretch and tone.
Please wear loose, comfy clothing, ballet shoes, socks or bare feet.
