Am I the only one who isn't a fan of rules? 👎🚫

Or are you also someone who has a hard time following rules? 🫢🤔

There are sooo many rules when it comes to flipping houses in a high-rise. Most high-rises have HOA or Home Owner's Association which can sometimes be a headache to flip in 😫

Here are 3 things to look out for when flipping in HOA's

1️⃣ Limited work hours - It would definitely be a problem if you want to double time and even work on weekends ⏱️

2️⃣ Know what needs to be approved before installing - Sometimes, they only allow certain finishes on the house. You have to get their approval before renovating anything 🛠️

3️⃣ Elevators - You need to schedule and reserve the use of elevators when you need to. This is a complete headache for me 😫
