It's Wednesday, so I get to upload whatever I want! So, today, I bring you another one of those random unboxing videos! I'm not too good at these, so I can't imagine that this is the best unboxing video in the world... but here ya go, anyway!

So, the Charizard 3DS XL (or the Lizardon 3DS LL) is a 3DS XL that, at the moment, is exclusive to Japan. The only way that you can get your hand on one is if you win some sort of Japanese lottery system... but even then, winning that system only gives you some sort of certificate so that you're ELLIGIBLE to buy one. You don't quite win one. You COULD win one buy calling some random phone numbers that were shown during the credits of the Japanese Pokemon anime, but only a few people were actually able to win, and of those few people, only some actually received this 3DS XL. So, how did I get this one?... I bought it off eBay!

But, when I bought it off eBay, mine didn't come with a battery. I thought when the owner said that there was no battery, he/she meant that there was no charger (which there isn't, btw). So, I had to contact Nintendo customer service and ask them for a replacement battery. Thankful, American 3DS XL batteries DO work on Japanese 3DS XL systems, and Nintendo customer support was nice enough to send me one (though it was about another $20 out of my pocket). Either way, I'm thankful that I got this!

The reason I did get this was so that I'd be able to record any games that may come out in Japan first. Granted, the next Pokemon games, Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, are getting a worldwide release. But, there may be other games that come out in Japan earlier (which is USUALLY the case, but nowadays, game release dates are relatively close to each other). You NEVER know! And I figured that, if I was gonna get a Japanese 3DS XL, I may as well spend a little extra money and get one that was cool lookin'! And, I s'pose that, with the popularity of Charizard in both Japan and America, these systems should come to America soon enough... hopefully.
