The King's Speech took place on 17th July following on from the Labour Party being elected, the good news is that Labour are picking back up the leasehold and commonhold reform that the conservatives started.

This is a DRAFT bill so there is not much meat on the bone to go from, but I have unpacked what has been mentioned today and what the next steps are. I will update with another video as soon as there is more to go from.

I am an ex leasehold flat owner, eventually being able to sell in 2022 and now share my experiences with the whole feudal system which I HATE!
