A chain-snatching incident was reported from Delhi's Chhawla area on Saturday. The bike-borne assailants snatched the chain and managed to run away. The woman, who was walking with a child when the incident happened, tried catching the men but failed. Police are investigating the matter. A similar incident was reported earlier in Delhi but the chain-snatchers were caught later.
