Skip the small steps and get right to the point ... what is the trick to make this job easy as possible.

Performed on a 2007 Chevy 4WD 2500 HD, 6 L Vortec engine. (But process should work for many similar GM models.)

When replacing the power steering pump, it is a good idea to replace the 2 high pressure hoses and serpentine belt as well.
