These are not wolverines 1000 mile boot quality or handmade or mostly nice thick leather. These are cheaper boots for sure, but as far as aesthetically, they work the same. They are not the most supportive of arches, they don't have good cushion, but so far they are not falling apart, not letting water in, and not pealing apart. (not to say they are waterproof but i haven't been standing in rivers) They are alright for what they are and if you occasionally need to casually dress up they are perfect. I also don't know what the winter part is about these boots. Thanks for watching!
