Carrot and Sweet Corn Soup
Ingredients
*Pork Chop meat or pork with bone
*Sweet Corn
*Carrot
*Dried Peanut
*Dried Cowpea
*Dried Mountain Yam
*Dried Lily's Flower
*Honey Dates
*Dried Tangerine Peel
Soak dried Peanut and cowpea into water for 15 minutes.
How to Cook
1. Break or cut corn on the cob in a pieces
2.Cut carrot into chunks
3.Rinse and wash pork meat ( also blanch )put them into a pot
4.After that ,put corn into the pot
5.Put the carrot into the pot
6.Pour 2.5 of water into the pot turn on fires to high and let it boils then turn the fire to medium low simmering for 1.5 hours.
