Hi, my name's Samantha Tiller-Schenck, and I'm the event manager at Nordic. My favorite maxim is "Think, act, adapt with urgency." The reason that this one is my favorite is because we're in an ever-changing environment, and as the event manager, I'm always prepared for something to go wrong in an event. This one really allows me to act like an owner, embrace change as it comes up, and adapt to any situation. I'm grateful for all of our maxims, but this one especially because it allows me to stay focused and make it the best event that it can be.
