How to make low sugar Nian Gao?
▶️ Ingredients 材料:
White sugar 白糖 380g
Hot water 烧水 600ml
Glutinous rice flour 糯米粉 500g
用小火将白糖煮溶后倒入600ml 的烧水拌匀。放凉后加入500g的糯米粉拌匀过筛倒入模具蒸一个钟。
Boil the sugar over low heat and pour it into 600ml of boiling water, mix well. After cooling, add 500g of glutinous rice flour, mix well, sieve, pour into mold and steam for an hour.
