Ingredients:
350g cherry, pitted
3 eggs
stevia (the equivalent of 80g of sugar)
1 tsp vanilla essence
100 g flour
160 ml milk
30g butter
1-2 tbsp coconut flakes to decorate
Directions:
1. Use a 1/2 tbsp of butter to grease the pan.
2. Add the cherry to the pan.
3. In a bowl add the eggs, stevia, and mix. Add the flour and mix. Add the vanilla essence, the milk, melted butter, and continue to mix to combine all the ingredients.
4. Pour the batter over the cherries.
5. Bake at 180C for 40-45 min or until golden brown.
6. Sprinkle some coconut flakes when the clafoutis is cold or powdered sugar if you use sugar.
7. Enjoy it!
