Here's an obscure budget title for the PlayStation, that was never released in the US. It takes the basic concept of Arkanoid and runs with it. It's not terribly rare, and doesn't do anything groundbreaking, but it's a nice little timewaster which I feel could use some more recognition. Also of note is the fact that this game can be played with a mouse.
