We met up with Chef Heather Pelletier of Osteria Morini to learn about their Italian inspired brunch! We dug into their Fritella with maple mascarpone, and caramelized apples and then their White Label Burger with parmigiano, balsamic onions, pancetta, calabrian chili aioli, and an egg!
