The new guidelines for office visit E/M services have taken effect as of 1/1/2021. Listen and learn about how to be successful documenting, auditing, and/or coding for these services. This video series will focus on the three (3) Elements (Number & Complexity of Problems Addressed, Amount and/or Complexity of Data to be Reviewed and Analyzed, and Risk of Complications and/or Morbidity or Mortality of Patient Management). Don't forget that the final level of MDM is based on 2 of the 3 Elements!
