In this video, I share how I'm growing tropical fruit trees in my North Carolina backyard garden! I'm growing dozens of trees that "shouldn't grow" where I live, but they're thriving and producing tons of food! You can do this, too! I share my cold protection techniques and unique varieties that can grow in truly cold areas. You won't believe this tropical food forest growing in North Carolina!

Some of the trees I share in this video truly are tropical fruit trees and subtropical fruit trees that are pushing the limits of my hardiness zone. This is true hardiness zone pushing in my Zone 8a garden! However, for growers in much colder zones, I feature several fruit trees that look tropical, but tolerate deep freezes. Some of these cold hardy fruit trees will give your yard a tropical look with little to no maintenance.
