Wizard had a few changes recently, particularly Thaumaturge with a reduction to it's multi target daily power and loss of 10% critical severity. Here I cover how to play Wizard Thaumaturge after these changes to still deal a lot of damage in both single target (boss fights) and multi target (groups of enemies). This build will get all your offense stats maxed out while alone, allowing you to do solo content very effectively or when with randoms, but also you do have the ability to switch gear and bonuses to make the most of endgame groups increasing your damage further!
