दिल्ली-NCR में प्रदूषण को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक बार फिर सख्ती दिखाई है. सोमवार (25 नवंबर) को मामले पर सुनवाई करते हुए अदालत ने कहा कि राजधानी दिल्ली और एनसीआर इलाकों में फिलहाल ग्रैप 4 लागू रहेगा. वहीं, स्कूलों के खुलने को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया है कि एयर क्वालिटी मैनेजमेंट कमेटी कल तक तय करे कि स्कूल खोले जा सकते हैं या पढ़ाई ऑनलाइन ही होगी. अगली सुनवाई गुरुवार (28 नवंबर) को 3.30 बजे होगी.

कोर्ट ने कमेटी से कहा कि वह प्रदूषण के स्तर को देखते हुए उन विकल्पों पर विचार करे, जिससे कि यह देखा जा सके कि कैसे शिक्षण संस्थानों को खोलना है. क्योंकि शिक्षण संस्थान नहीं खुलने की वजह से लाखों की संख्या में ऐसे बच्चे भी हैं, जिनको मिड डे मील भी नहीं मिल पा रहा. कमीशन यह भी देखे कि क्या 10वीं और 12वीं क्लास के छात्रों के लिए स्कूल (फिजिकल एजुकेशन) खोला जा सकता है
