If you want to visit, Budva, Montenegro, from Belgrade, Serbia, the train down to Bar, Montenegro, is the way to go. Once you get to Bar, it will take about a 45-minute taxi ride up to Budva.
Tip: Take the night train out of Belgrade to Bar because the last 2 hours in the morning have the best scenery.
