In this session we host the founders of Bayzat: Talal and Tarek Bayaa to share their journey from establishing Bayzat in 2013 to their latest round of funding and learning along the way.

Bayzat’s mission is to make world-class employee experiences accessible to every small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME). However aiming for a world-class products means keeping an open-mind to feedback, learn, pivot and rebuild along the way. Bayzat started off as a comparison website, and quickly pivoted to be a Saas solution as it fit their vision more. Also, we learn about how Bayzat’s team think about fund raising, valuation and dilution of founders along the way.
