Coach USA-Suburban MCI D4500CT leased from NJ Transit arriving at Palmer Square and Nassau Street in Princeton, NJ.
This is my 1st video on one of many brand new 2016 and beyond brand new MCI D4500CT that are starting to arrive at New Jersey. NJ Transit ordered more than 1000 of these buses as replacement for all the 2000-2003 MCI D4000 and D4500 current at NJ Transit's and Private Carrier Fleet. So far, the private carriers are taking delivery of these buses. It is not clear when NJ Transit will start taking delivery of these production buses.
These MCI D4500CT are built on the same platform as the MCI D4000 and D4500, but are more up to date. They are noticeably quieter than their predecessor with loud Detroit Diesel Series 60. This bus here is a 2017 model presumed.
