This week I'm using the drum my shaman and I made (of sustainably resourced elk hide) to give you all a healing sound bath.

The sounds of the drum when played directs energy to the areas of your energy field that need healing & adjusting. Whether you have been feeling anxious, trapped, overactive, worn down, etc. the drum with help to level out your energies and put you back into balance.
