Curse you boomerang man!!!
The gimmick for Quick Man's stage are the Force Beams. They'll destroy Mega Man in an instant, and are quite unforgiving for those unprepared. However, a little memorization will make them much easier. You can opt to use the Time Stopper to skip one of two Force Beam sections, but it's one shot is better used for Quick Man in my opinion. Other than the Force Beams, however, there aren't many enemies about.
Quick Man, himself, is easily the most difficult and bloody cheap robot master in this game (and many other Mega Man games). His weakness, the Time Stopper, doesn't change much, but it does shave off half his health. Getting him to half health is still difficult due to his rampant speed and tendency to throw boomerangs point-blank.
Having the Time Stopper for back-up is useful, but going Buster Only is a challenge fit only for those who can endure his volatile nature for a prolonged period. The number of bloopers alone should attest to how difficult this was. Definitely not something I want to do again, but, unfortunately, he'll be back and even worse...
Metal Man is going to be an utter breeze compared to this hellish experience. Enjoy the video!
