내년 중소 정책자금 3조7천억원.. 청년창업에 절반 지원
The Korean government is planning to inject 3-point-6 billion dollars next year to support startups, and small and mid-sized enterprises -- and to help them better prepare for the fourth industrial revolution.
That’s up 4-point-2 percent from this year.
Announcing next year’s policy budget plan for smaller companies, Minister of SMEs and Startups Hong Jong-haak stressed the administration's focus on bolstering growth through job creation among SMEs.
Half of the total budget is allocated to supporting the youth startup movement, at 1-point-8 billion dollars.
The plan also allows smaller firms to get loans more easily and at a lower interest rates -- at just around two to three percent, for a mid-to-long term of five to ten years.
