Mirror Now accessed the bail application in which the lawyer claimed on behalf of Rhea Chakraborty that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is spinning false narrative in the case.
The lawyer goes on to claim in the bail plea that the actress was coerced into giving her statement and that whatever Rhea has said before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) during questioning has been said under duress.
Other accused in the drugs case who have been arrested by the NCB, including Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda, his personal staff member Dipesh Sawant, and suspected drug peddlers Zaid Vilatra and Abdel Basit Parihar, have also filed bail pleas and the sessions court will take these up as well.
