However, you want to make sure you not only find tenants quickly, but they are quality tenants who will treat your property well and will not cause you trouble.
To rent a property quick, you have to be prepared ahead of time and know exactly what you want in a tenant. Make sure you know how much you want to rent your property for, whether a tenant can have pets, and other important questions that may come up when potential renters inquire.
Another way to ensure you can find tenants for rental property is to market and brand your property accordingly. Take through a great walk-through video, marketing photos, and when you show the property, keep it in pristine condition.
Once you have interested tenants for your rental property, it's very important to do proper tenant screening. For tenant screening, I use a third party like Turbo Tenant to set up an application and do the tenant credit check and tenant background check. It's also important to be responsive through your tenant application and tenant screening process. You don't want to find a potential renter and them walk away because you're not getting back to them fast enough!
