As influential teacher, philosopher, and creator of paneurhythmy, Peter Deunov – also known as Beinsa Duno – is the founder of a 20th century spiritual movement which, in turn, distanced him from the Orthodox church in his native Bulgaria. Exploring light, music, and dance as a passage to deeper understanding with nature, he developed the dance-like ritual as a manifestation of the supreme cosmic rhythm, channelling the physical, and the spiritual, alongside human thought, in an outward embrace of the light, and the greater good.
