In this presentation, we will provide an overview of the Construction General Permit and its requirements which specifically relate to the development of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). We will outline what is required of the SWPPP’s, how and why it is applicable to develop one, and how to obtain approval from the appropriate agency. We will discuss how to develop a SWPPP and when it is appropriate to start the SWPPP process in the project timeline.
