Quelfire’s products are all independently tested at Warringtonfire, which is a UKAS accredited certification body. A significant proportion of annual investment goes into research and development in order to provide the construction industry with primary test evidence over engineering judgements.
You may be familiar with our QRS Fire Sleeve for plastic ventilation ducts, which we have tested in a wide variety of applications. As Glenn Hutchins (Business Development Manager) explains, we have tested the Fire Sleeve in conjunction with Fire Batt and, as seen on this video, stacked in clusters with 0mm spacing between each sleeve.
